Do you have wholesale?

We do! Please send a whole inquiry through our Contact page.

We require all potential wholesale customers to complete an application and attach a current, valid business license in order to be approved for a wholesale account.

What happens if my glass arrives broken from shipping?

Please reach out to us with photos of the shipping box and the damaged product for claims purposes and we'll get you taken care of in a timely manner!

Can you cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within as long as the order has not already been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you can refuse the package and it will be sent back to us, then we'll treat it like a returned order. Please give us a shout if this is your plan! That way, we will be able to handle your return much faster when it arrives back in our hands.
