Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At Higher Education we strive to get you your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped discretely in a plain brown box within 1 business day by USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground Service from our facility in Southern California. Shipping lead time is anywhere between 2 to 5 business days (often times quicker) depending on your proximity from our location. Orders are processed Monday
to Friday during normal business hours. As of this moment, we only provide shipping within the United States.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer free 30 day returns on all items site wide. To initiate a return please reach out to us via email at higherdotedu@gmail.com for a prepaid shipping label free of charge to you. Items returned for a refund must be in brand new unused condition and must include all original accessories included with the order. Once your return is received we will inspect and process or deny the refund according to the state of the item within 7 business days. Items that are returned in used condition will be shipped back at the buyers expense.

BROKEN & DEFECTIVE

We inspect every order prior to shipment and package each item with care to maintain a high standard of quality, in the unlikely event you receive a broken or defective item, please kindly reach out to our
customer service team within 48 hours at higherdotedu@gmail.com and provide us with photos of the
broken item and shipping box for a speedy resolution. We may at our discretion ask the item to be
returned for further inspection, or discarded carefully by you.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If you never recieved your order and the charge appears on your credit card statement, you can dispute it as a billing error. File a dispute online or by phone with your credit card company. You must dispute the error
within 60 days of the date your first statement with the error on it was sent to you.
